By creating an account and using AdForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AdForge is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy for Facebook and Google Ads. The service is intended for marketing agencies and professionals.
AdForge is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $499 CAD per month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree to use AdForge only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Ad copy generated through AdForge is yours to use. You retain full ownership of content you create using the platform. AdForge does not claim any rights to your generated output.
AdForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated ad copy will achieve specific advertising results. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue AdForge at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
